Private AI agents & local LLMs →02 How we work
Clear scope, plain language and the smallest solution that does the job. No unnecessary layers, licences or lock-in, and documentation you can actually use.
Automation where it pays off, the right tool for each problem, and respect for the systems you already have. We improve what works instead of replacing it for the sake of it.
Least privilege, encryption, updates and backups by default. Your data stays on infrastructure you control, which also makes GDPR easier.

BLUEGEM is a small engineering company based in Bratislava, Slovakia, in the European Union. We work remotely with small and mid-size businesses worldwide, in English, from the Central European time zone.
You talk directly to the engineer who does the work: no account managers, no ticket ping-pong. We are comfortable both in modern Linux environments and in long-running business systems that many others prefer not to touch.
05 FAQ
Yes. All our services are delivered remotely, so location doesn't matter. We work in English, from the EU, in the Central European time zone, with clients across Europe and beyond.
All of them: Linux server administration, installations and implementations, legacy code maintenance and modernization for Delphi, Oracle PL/SQL and Java, and private, on-premise AI agents deployed on your own hardware.
Through access you create and control, such as a personal SSH key, your VPN or remote desktop, with only the privileges the task needs. You can revoke access at any time, and every change is documented.
BLUEGEM is an EU company, so GDPR applies to everything we do. We keep your data on your infrastructure wherever possible and can sign a data processing agreement where personal data is involved.
Send a short email describing your systems and what you need. You'll get a reply from the engineer who would do the work, usually with a few questions and a proposal for a first, small step.
